When can I expect to be informed if I am a winner?
Winners will be notified within 15 days following each monthly draw. Keep an eye for receiving an SMS with great news!
What can I do with the Reward Points that I may win ?
The points that you may win from the draw, will boost your tier to “Superhero” instantly which enables you to either exchange your tam points up to 100% cashback deposited to your prepaid or exchange the points for various discounts and voucher. We will leave it to you.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my reward points prize?

How many friends can I share the ‘Invite a friend’ code with ?
You can share the ‘Invite a friend’ code with as many friend and family members as you want. However, you will receive your reward for 1 successful customers onboarded.
How many points I’ll get upon referral ?

How can I refer a friend?
Log into your tam app and go to student allowance benefit section, click on the invite a friend service, copy the code and share it with your friends and family.
What is a golden badge?
The Golden badge is awarded exclusively to tam customers who have their student allowance with tam. This badge will appear next to the customer’s profile picture, differentiating them from other tam customers. The Golden badge holders will be able to use the “refer a friend” service, be part of the student aid campaign and enjoy exclusive benefits and prizes.
Why is the golden badge no longer showing in tam app?
If your Golden badge disappears, this is because you have stopped receiving your student allowance in tam account for 3 consecutive months. To get the Golden badge, just ensure that your student allowance is with tam.
I invited a friend to onboard tam but did not get the reward point?
Make sure that the invited friend successfully joins tam. If you still didn’t receive your points, you can reach the tam Help Centre by calling us or WhatsApp 1803000.
How to apply for the student aid exclusive prepaid card design?
To receive an exclusive prepaid card design, simply keep receiving your student allowance with tam. Once you meet this requirement, you'll have a customized card design in the card sections on tam app that adds a fun element to your financial transactions.
When will I receive the golden badge ?
You will receive the Golden Badge within 24 hours after your student allowance gets deposited in your account
